For standard nail tools, MOQ is 500 units per model. For OEM/ODM orders, MOQ starts from 1000 units. We also accept small trial orders for new clients.

Yes! We offer one-stop sourcing service. You can mix kitchenware, baking tools, outdoor gear, and nail tools in a single order, which helps reduce shipping costs.

We support logo printing (laser/ silk screen), packaging design (gift boxes/ travel cases), material selection (stainless steel/ titanium alloy), and product specification adjustment.

Standard samples take 5-7 working days. Custom OEM samples take 7-10 working days. Shipping time depends on your location.

We cooperate with DHL, FedEx, UPS for express shipping (3-7 days), sea freight (20-35 days) for bulk orders, and air freight (7-12 days) for medium orders.

We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipping), L/C at sight for large orders, and PayPal for sample orders.

All products pass ISO 9001 quality control process: raw material inspection → production monitoring → finished product testing → packaging inspection. We can provide inspection reports upon request.

Please provide photos/videos of the issues within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will arrange replacement or refund based on the issue severity.
